Whistleblower

Whistleblowing System: Our Commitment to Integrity

At UltraEdge, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance. To ensure a transparent and accountable environment, we provide a confidential reporting hotline. Employees, partners, and stakeholders can use it to report any behaviour contrary to our values or to the applicable rules. Every report is handled with diligence and fairness, in order to preserve an environment of trust and respect.

What can be reported?

  • Conduct or a situation contrary to UltraEdge's Code of Conduct, including corruption, influence peddling or facilitation payments, competition law, banking and accounting regulations, economic sanctions and export control rules, money laundering or terrorist financing, and tax evasion or its facilitation;
  • A breach of UltraEdge's Internal Regulations ("Règlement Intérieur") defining the rights and obligations of employees pursuant to Articles L. 1311-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code;
  • A crime or offence (e.g. theft, fraud, harassment, misuse of corporate assets, breaches of health and safety rules);
  • A threat or harm to the public interest;
  • A violation, or an attempt to conceal a violation, of an international commitment, a unilateral act of an international organisation, European Union law, or a French law or regulation;
  • Risks relating to health, safety, or data protection (GDPR), cyber risks, or risks relating to a use of AI that does not comply with UltraEdge's AI Charter.

However, any report concerning information and documents, in any format or on any medium whatsoever, that would infringe national defence secrecy, medical confidentiality, the secrecy of judicial deliberations, the confidentiality of criminal investigations or proceedings, or attorney-client privilege, will be inadmissible.

A report may concern facts that have already occurred or that are likely to occur.

In case of doubt, it is preferable to report the facts rather than run the risk that something serious, or whose consequences may be underestimated, goes undisclosed.

What should a report contain?

  • The reported facts must be described in a precise and objective manner in order to facilitate their handling;
  • Where possible, the reporter should provide supporting documents in any format; if they wish to remain anonymous, they must take care not to include any information that could identify them in those documents;
  • The reporter must provide evidence establishing that they belong to one of the categories of persons entitled to report (Section 4);
  • The reporter may provide their contact details in order to be kept informed of the action taken on their report; failing this, no information can be communicated to them.

A report may concern facts that have already occurred or that are likely to occur. In case of doubt, it is preferable to report the facts rather than run the risk that a serious situation, or one whose consequences are underestimated, goes undisclosed.
